These wallets have 6 card slots, two longer slots (perfect for cash on one side and a checkbook on the other). They also have a zippered coin pouch on the back. I will be adding these to my shop soon, along with many other colors. I'll also be working on the shorter style wallets as well. As always, if there is a fabric combination that you'd really like to see, just let me know.
My name is Jessica, and I am a proud military wife. I began sewing in junior high school, but lost touch with my creativity during college. After graduation, I moved across the country to be with my husband. After working in Special Education for many years, I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis and Diabetes Insipidus. Unable to continue working outside the home, I turned to sewing to keep myself occupied. This is my life....

And then......
I've made a few attempts at wallets before. Unfortunately, there was always something "off" about them. My customers kept asking for wallets, though, so eventually, I decided to buy a pattern from Etsy (one that allowed me to sell the products that I make, of course), and give it a go. I purchased two patterns from NapKittenPatterns, one for shorter wallets, and one for wallets with a place to have your checkbook. I made a few small changes to the pattern that I felt would make them a better fit for my customers, but otherwise the patterns were great. Here are my first attempts.....
